EQ Audio and Events was established in 2000 by Shay Hannon to provide high-end audio to the corporate and rock ‘n roll market with a customer driven attitude. Since then it has gone on to establish itself as one of the leading high quality suppliers of audio, av and lighting technologies to the entertainment market.

EQ Audio and Events also provide full event production tailored to our clients needs. Our broad range of experience and our professionalism means we are adaptable to many diverse events including wedding receptions, fashion shows, award shows, banqueting, conferences, cultural festivals, music festivals & shows. Tailored services we provide include, but are not limited to, design conception, visual representations of the event using our in-house design team, manufacture of one-off pieces, venue mapping, and preproduction planning through to the installation/organisation of all aspects of the event.

Our client list ranges from Blue Chip corporations (AIB, IDL, Diageo, Heineken and Red Bull) through to top end European and Irish entertainers (Pink, Rodrigo y Gabriella, The Eels, Elaine Paige, Lucinda Williams, The Coronas, The Blizzards) and agencies such as MCD and Aiken Promotions.
